PitStop Console v1.8.0-pw
Migration, tire log, driver-reported issues, messaging, the test device, and the service-window contest — all in one place.
Migration
Reassign a device by updating its driver name in Addigy as usual — this list stays in sync automatically. Devices marked "Needs migration" are still on the old scheme; click Migrate once per device.
Tire Log
Cleared entries aren't recoverable here — the archive spreadsheet is the permanent record. Run the GAS archive function before clearing.
Issues
Cleared issues aren't recoverable here — the archive spreadsheet is the permanent record. Run the GAS archive function before clearing.
Messaging
Push a message straight to a driver's phone and iPad.
Send a message
Sends a push notification directly to a driver's phone. The driver name must match exactly what's in Azuga/Addigy (case doesn't matter).
Test Device
Try the contest screens on Fleet Admiral (TEST01) before drivers see them. Speeding test presets are on the Speeding tab.
Test on Fleet Admiral
Sets TEST01's mileage relative to its current due mark. Reopen PitStop on the test phone after each click.
Speeding
Who sees the speeding card and who gets speeding pushes, plus the thresholds. Changes reach the app right away; pushes follow these settings on the next report.
Settings
Sheet data
Works on the PitStop Speeding sheet without opening Apps Script.
Start fresh
Copies the Events tab to a dated backup tab, empties it, and republishes — every card goes empty until the next report. Nothing is pushed.
Test phone (Test Driver)
Sets what Test Driver's speeding card shows. Real drivers and the real daily data aren't touched. Reopen PitStop on the test phone after each click.
Preview a driver
Exactly what this driver's speeding card shows right now.
Insurance Cards
Upload the renewal PDFs — each is cropped to the card and goes live in the driver app right away.
Upload insurance cards
Drop the renewal PDFs straight from the insurer here — each gets cropped to just the card (dropping the blank back page) and pushed live immediately. Name files "<truck ID>, anything else.pdf" (e.g. "69, 2025 Ford Maverick.pdf") so the truck ID can be read automatically, or set it per-file below if a name doesn't parse.
- Drop the whole renewal folder in below (or select the files).
- Check each row's truck ID box — most auto-fill from the filename, but any left blank need the truck number typed in by hand before continuing.
- Click Upload All. Each row updates from "Uploading…" to "Uploaded" (or "Failed" with a reason, if one file has a problem).
- Click Done to clear the list. Nothing else to run — no GAS, no redeploy — this is the last step.
WIN ADMIN
Drivers whose oil change was reset in Azuga inside the service window. They are not in the drawing and see nothing in the app until you approve. Check the tire rotation, then Approve (becomes an active entry) or Reject (voided).
Settings
End of period
After the drawing, clear every entry so all drivers start the new period at zero. A backup copy is saved first. Update the Period label above for the new quarter.
Add a missed service
For a service that should have counted but wasn't detected — e.g. done before the Azuga detection went live. It lands in the list above as pending, with the same tire check; approve it there.
Drawing
Picks one winner at random. Every active entry is one ticket, so more entries = better odds. Drivers no longer assigned to a device are left out automatically.
Contest
Every entry in the drawing. Settings and the drawing itself are on the WIN ADMIN tab.
